Billing & Cancellation Policy
- Stark offers a 14-day free trial before the first paid billing cycle starts.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly).
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.
- For paid subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted within a maximum of 14 days from the initial paid subscription date.
- Approved refunds are reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees, AI Credits already consumed, and any other usage, service consumption, or charges generated inside the system during the covered period.
- If usage exceeds the refundable subscription value, no remaining cash refund will be due.
- Approved cash refunds can take around 21 business days to return to the original payment method.
- Upgrades and add-on increases take effect immediately and are billed right away.
- Downgrades or removals take effect at the next billing period.
- If no changes are made, no additional charges apply.
